Ast internal display failed

I was looking to buy a used MacBook Air and saw one with a very attractive price. Everything looked good, but it said that the "asp internal display failed". Will this affect how it works, and if so, how drastically and how much does it cost to fix? Thank you in advance!

Yes even though it may fully power on, you wont be able see to nothing.
Ask the seller if they know how to fix it and ask them to link you to a part if they know how.
