Default Assembling computer ?

K, so saturday or sunday I'm picking up my parts for new computer build. I wanted to see if u guys can give me some pointers on how to assemble ? I read few topics that explained how, but getting more info won't hurt.
Like what do I assemble first ? Can I assemble Mobo and Ram and Cpu and Heatsink outside the case and then put it in ? Also I will have 2 drives, how do I connect them ?
And once everything is put together what's the next step to installing software ?
Here's my build

Case: Thermaltake Tsunami
CPU : Core 2 Due E6600
Mobo: Asus P5N32-SLI Deluxe
Ram: 2GB Dual Channel OCZ Platinum DDR2 800
Video: Evga 7900GT
HDD: Wester Digital Raptor 74 GB 10,000 rpm 16mb cache
HDD2: Wester Digital Caviar 250 GB 7,200rpm 16mb cache
PSU: OCZ Powestream 600W
Heatsink: Zalman 9500
DVD: Plextor

Stick CD in drive, push power button, follow the on-screen instructions.

There are no problems installing the ram, cpu, heatsink, before you put the mobo in the case.

Although you will find it easier with smaller cases to do so after. I always find it hard fitting it in there with everything on it especially with small cases.
