Ok, I have been getting help from other people about what to do with my money, and here is what I've come up with for my new build.

Mobo
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813157097

(Want this mobo because it has both AGP and PCI-E slots so I can keep the GPU I have now but still have the potential to upgrade later without having to buy a new board.)

CPU
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819103598

EDIT: Want this because I am going to be overclocking this processor as high as I can, so what do you think about coolers and such?

Video card
keeping my radeon x1300 pro for now, but will be upgrading soon after everything else is bought

RAM
If it is possible(I'm not sure if I can do this), but I have 756MB of PC2700 DDR, and I will probable be buying about 512 MB of PC3200 RAM to add to this

PSU

Suggestions^ ??

Hard Drive
Going to be running a 60 gig and a 120 gig

I need some suggestions and advice on what to change and what to keep!

Well, if you're going AMD, you might as well go AM2 for future upgrade purposes, however, this would require you to buy new DDR2 RAM (And lose that AGP slot).

Socket 939 will slowly die out (But not for a while).

I dont know who is helping you but they dont seem to know much. Dont get any of that stuff.

Anyone? What do you think I should get instead?

I really need some help finding some good parts.
Here are the things I need to upgrade:

Mobo and CPU, and therefore Video Card because the one I am running now is AGP and most of the motherboards out are PCI-E.
(I am also planning to overclock my CPU, so please include that thought in your suggestions)

Also, I am probably looking at another 512 MB of RAM and a new PSU (I am going to be running two hard drives)

]]

I am hoping that I can get all of this at about $500-600. Is that possible?

Please include some suggestions because I am completely and utterly lost at this point.

EDIT: Also, I just bought a new AGP card, so if there is anyway I can keep using that for a while before upgrading, that would be great. I saw the ASRock board had both a PCI-E and an AGP slot, but it looks like a horrible mobo. If anyone knows of any others like this, that would be really Awesome.
