my spec
AMD 9750 OEM
CORSAIR XMS2 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800
Western Digital Caviar GP WD5000AACS 500GB 5400 to 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM

Any suggestion??
cause my old fan is getting noisy, can't handle it no more

and here is my case

Thermal right ultra 120 / extreme (mid to high overclockability)
Arctic freezer 7 pro (low overclocks)

Zalman CNPS9500 is very quiet. I'm not sure how the Thermalrite is as far as noise goes, but I do know it is also a very good cooler.

the noise of the thermalright is dependent on the fan u hook up too it, because it doesnt come with a fan.
