Default this any good ram?

so i need some new ram and just got a email from egg today a memory sale. this stuff any good?

Newegg.com - G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1000 (PC2 8000) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

ill prolly wont be using that clock on it, prolly lower it to be 1:1 w/ my cpu.

They are ok. It uses Powerchip IC's.

If you're going to underclock it normally I'd just say to go with cheaper one but the next one down

They are more than ok..they are pretty darn good.

Also as far as 2gb modules go, the Powerchip ICs are the best......
