Right now I'm pretty much running a "standard" Heatsink/Fan set up. I have an AMD 1800+. Yes, I know it's outdated, I will be upgrading when I purchase a new fan lol.
I'm not into overclocking or tweaking, or any of that. Here is a set up I found, haven't had any experience with it yet, but for the price and the reviews am going to give it a shot.
