Antec PSU

I am looking for a PSU and i came across these two. Are they any different and is the one worth the extra $10?

The only difference i see is that the more expensive one has 2 fans

Would that be any better and is it worth it? I would like to OC and from what ive been reading all the cooling you can get is needed. Thanks for the response.
