Default which, another gig or a raptor drive

Which on these would i see more performance from, antoher gig of ram or a 10,000 rpm 36 gig raptor drive for my games, i play quake 4, doom 3, all source games. Heres my set up:
Abit Fatal1ty AA8XE mobo
1 gig corsair
160 gig WD caviar
512mb diablotek nvidia 6600
400w ultra x-connect psu
plenty of cooling

I would defintely get another 1GB set, the hdd speeds i dont see a really big difference, the 7200rpm is just fine for me

If you want faster load up speeds, get a Raptor.

If you use programs which use all your RAM, get another GB.

Definitely get the ram, the hard drive speed isn't all that important. 7200 rpm is fine. You won't see much of any improvement from 7200 to 10000rpm, however you will see an improvement with 1GB ram.
