Looks good, but get G. Skill ram, instead. And wheres your CPU? Also, that power supply is too much power for your system. A Corsair 520w, can handle that build.

Get G.skill Hz's like B1gapl suggested they are right here
Newegg.com - G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail

That sound card is not good for gaming as it is just a rebagged Audigy 4. You want one of these at least instead

Newegg.com - Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer 7.1 Channels 24-bit 96KHz PCI Interface Sound Card - Retail

I am not a big fan of your PSU since it has huge ripples. Why not one these two instead.

Corsair HX Series CMPSU-620HX 620W Power Supply at ZipZoomfly
Newegg.com - FSP Group (Fortron Source) FX700-GLN ATX12V, V2.2/EPS12V, V2.91, 700W RoHS Quad. SLi Power Supply 100 - 240 V CSA, IEC, UL, CE, TUV - Retail
