I just want to get this right so I do not wind up buying all the wrong things.

If you can help me this would be great.

Just wanna save a little o me money.

The onboard video can be disabled. Either via the BIOS, or the Device Manager in Windows. Its not going to be a problem with a new videocard. Plus, the DS3 is a great board, a definite recommendation.
