Default AMD64 Venice E3 or E6 stepping?

Alright I'm gonna order a AMD64 3000+ Venice core from Newegg. Now they have the E3 and E6 stepping and the E6 is $22 more. I've seen people say that E6 is for bug fixes and lower lead content but that they won't matter for normal users. So if I plan on overclocking a little would it be worth the extra money or not?
