No, the B3's are the fixed Phenoms...they're coming out soon...the B4's will be the really high end ones, coming out in May.

anyone have a clue on the price tag or specs on the B4s?

If I had to say, knowing AMD typical ways, if the 9900 is the top of the line, it will probably be between $500-600 when it first comes out. Maybe even 400 depending on what other models are out there.
