Neither. Step down to a X2 3800+ and OC it. If you must get the 4200+ or the 4400+, get the 4400+ for the extra cache.
Anoher note: make sure to wait until late July when AMD should drop the prices on its CPUs. The X2 4800+ might drop down to $450ish level, so you could pick that up.
