Default AMD Dual Core Choice

So I'm looking to get rid of the Opteron 144 and step up to a dual core, and am trying to find the right processor to replace it.
I found this one on newegg, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...2E16819103542,
The X2 4400+ @ 2.2ghz with 2x1MB L2 cache.
Would this be a reasonable upgrade? I especially like the < $200 price.

Let me know what you guys think or if there is a better processor to get.

Yeah, the price is pretty frickin sweet. I just wanted to make sure it was a good performer, as I didnt really want to pay the price of the higher end S939 opterons or the X2 4800+.

I'll probably be selling it in January, after the holiday season, if you're interested.
