Question amd build

Ok so after a long time i am ready to buy computer parts, i want to build a gaming computer with the amd 955 cpu, my question is can you help me pick the best parts that fit my budget of $800 i already have
case [cooler master 922]
psu [corsair 750tx]
hard drive [wd 500gs]
monitor [24" acer]
so what i need for a budget of $800 is
cpu [amd 955]
motherboard ?
ram ?
gpu [xfx 5770]
disc drive ?
key board ?
mice?
windows 7

when you say "i already have" you mean you already have those parts selected, or you physically already have those parts ready for use?

ok so I lost some money so my new budget is form 600-650 but my wife got me the keybored and mice, dvd drive, and a copy of windos 7 so what I need for 600-650 is
cpu?
motherbored?
ram?
gpu?

it's going to be a used for gaming and for the net.
