depends on your budget. from lowest to highest I'd recommend (the lowest on this list is still pretty good):
MSI 6600 GT $188 -$30 rebate
eVGA 6800 plain $189
Leadtek or eVGA 6800 GT $295/$319
MSI 7800 GT $389
MSI 7800 GTX $475

Ok that explains alot. Was abit confused with that. So just some MHz400 would work fine for me.

If you're talking about the RAM, and about DDR400, it won't run at 400Mhz, its going to run at 200MHz unless you overclock it.

the ram is 200 but its in dual channel so its 400mhz
