Default Amd 3800+?

hey guys i was just wondering,

when the prices supposedly drop on the AMD processors, what would the differance in performance be if i got the 3800 instead of the 4200 i was planning on getting.

is it worth it to get the 4200?

you will see increased performance but nothing to crap your pants about.

it comes down to what money you want to spend. sure the 4200 is better but the 3800 is an almost equally amazing chip

so money is what it comes down to

Nothing to It

If you are comfortable OC'in. The 3800+ can be OC'd to 4200+ speeds easily. They are basically the same chip on different frequencies.
