I have an HP Media Center with a 2.2 Ghz Dual Core AMD 64 Live with 4 GB DDR2 RAM (400-500 Mhz or so and it came with 2 GB, i added another 2)...and a recently installed BFG 9600 GT 512 MB OC.. My original vid card was an integrated Nvidia 6150 LE 256 MB. Anyways, my power supply is a 300W with a max 19A 12V rail. My vid card says is needs 26A to run (I think 96W max). I've been playing COD 4 for about a week without any crashes, fires, or explosions...Lol.. But it kinda hit me today that I need to do something about my power supply before it fries my computer or blows up.

I was looking on Newegg (Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply 100 - 240 V UL, CE, CB, TUV, FCC, CCC - Power Supplies) and they have a Corsair 750 Watt for $120 shipped after $10 rebate.. Has about 100 5 star reviews but the 8 or so 1 and 2 star ratings scare me (fires, DOA, hard drives exploding, etc..), anyhow, I dont want to screw up my system. I thought this would be the right forum to ask cuz you guys are 1337 uber hax pros, right? Lawl but thanks a ton for the advice. you guys are awesome.
