Also I have alot of music on zune, will I be able to re-download the music to the account its linked to or will I have to burn it to a cd and put it on the new comp? This HDD has a good couple viruses most likely so I would rather not contaminate the new one when I get it.

And do I really need the CPU cooler? Wont the CPU come with a stock fan?

It's always a good idea to get a better HSF than the ones that come stock with the cpu. You can get a much higher more stable overclock. And yes, you WILL overclcock. You don't have a choice in this matter
