RAM > Corsair XMS2 800Mhz 1GB Ram
Case > AKASA Zen Black with 2x 12 cm fans.

I've never heard of this brand before personally...
And there's no way 400w is enough for this computer. You'll want about 500w for what you're trying to do.

With those components, go safe and go for 600 watts.

Ive heard of it, they make case fans aswell but ive no first hand experience of them.

400w would be enough but as i said in your other post id get 500w just so your thinking about the future and whenever you upgrade you wont need to worry about your psu handling new componants.

I figured going another 25 quid over budget is cheeper than a 400 pounds system getting fried + valuable data.

I would go w/ the 500w Seasonic.

I hate it when people measure "safe" in terms of watts. A 600W no-name PSU is far more likely to fry your system than a 400W Antec, Forton or a 430W Seasonic.

I Like the Seasonic one as Trieclipse posted, Thanks, I think i willget that one.

Just out of interest. Would 1GB of high quality 800MHZ ddr2, be faster than 2GB Budget DDR PC2700 ram ?

It is HIGHLY unlikely that you will ever be able to interchange those sticks. One is DDR2 and one is regular DDR, so they are neither compatible, nor easily compared. In general, more memory is more important than faster memory, but this case is comparing apples to oranges.
