I think I know what I am planning to get, for just under $200 with rebates. I would like to point out that I am not looking to out perform my current video card. I more concern with keeping my computer at colder temps. I don't play many games, however I do play games every once in a while and I like to have the best card for my budget. The reason I got the 8800GTS was to play games, but I found myself not playing games much on the computer. I do want to know how the card I picked out handles dual monitors, as I plan to get a second monitor soon.

What do you mean by handle dual monitors? It has two DVI out, that's all you need! Good choice on the GTS 450, however at load they do run a bit hotter than 5770s. But like you said, you don't play many games, so that shouldn't be a problem for you.
