After windows loading bar, black screen

I have no idea what has happened. my sister got into my room when I was gone and "checked her mail". Now when I turned it back on this morning it gets to the black windows screen with the loading bar and then goes to a black screen and sits idle. I can boot in safe mode just fine. I did a system restore and when it restarted everything was happy go lucky, but I restarted it again later and it is doing it again.

Does anyone know how to resolve this problem, I can not figure out what is wrong.

well I said to heck with it and just reformatted. It was about due anyways. ...... a fresh start. time to run 3dmark06 and see if I get a better score.
