Advice regarding RAM/PSU on a new build, please!

Need some advice on RAM and a PSU for these components, please.

CPU: Phenom II X2 555 Black Edition (Unlocked, 4 Cores)
MB: ASUS Crosshair III Formula

I'm not entirely sure if the Crosshair III Formula supports DDR3 1600mhz RAM. It says in the description, "1600(OC)", so would that mean that it supports only 1333mhz and the RAM has to be overclocked to 1600 from there, or something else?

Would anybody be able to recommend some RAM for this motherboard that isn't a bank breaker? Maybe £120 at a maximum limit, and i'd rather not go near that. 4GB should be fine for my needs for now.

Also, I have an Antec Neopower 650w PSU. Would this power supply be able to power these components, as well as a Lancool Dragonlord PC-K62 case, a 8800GTS video card (will be upgraded later), a DVD drive, and a fan controller?

I ask because I may want to do some overclocking on this CPU.

that's rather odd... opens fine for me... and as for your ram, unless I'm reading it incorrectly, you should be fine

Got it open eventually, had to borrow someone else's wifi temporarily for it.
