Easier just to post a thread (or post in this one too, don't matter) saying "Hey I got 500 bucks for just the tower and I need Windows (or don't need Windows). Throw me some links bruh". Ok that's kinda rude, but that's the gist. I keep lists on Newegg for certain budgets and adjust them monthly with newer hardware or better for the same price.
