I may be wrong here, but isn't 4.0ghz a pretty decent OC even with watercooling?

Considering it'll be a 100% OC, yea. I have seen 3.8's on it though so I'm hoping to get around there with the right setup. Airflow will not be a problem with what I already have. I'll be happy if I get close to it.

looks like i got some competition
i'll be getting a tuniq tower 120 with mx-2
oh darn you have a stacker....i'm ordering the armor with the 10'' fan side panel...eh i'll probably lose....dangit lol

LOL I thought my comp had a problem because of this... EDIT: Does yours ever tripple boot? Cause mine does sometimes.

You should consider the MSI P35 Plat. I love mine. BIOS flashing is also very easy and can be done from Windows (though i nearly had a heart attack when doing it anyway)
