Advice: E6700 or E6600 and new Monitor?

Only problems I've found with that is that no one seems to be selling dual-head PCI-E adapter cables, so you'll need to buy two. On top of that, the adapters seem to need 2 x Molex for 1 x PCI-E, such as in this product. So you would need 4 Molex connectors lying around, which hopefully wouldn't be a problem for a person who can afford Dual 8800GTXs.

I was just curious, since im thinking about sli'ing two g80 cards or have two r600's in crossfire if i make enough money this summer, and that knowledge would help me out on budgeting and options.
