Additional Ram...what do you recommend?

I currently have this Gskill Ram in my machine. However, one of the sticks has a problem so I am going to have to exchange them. So, I am using this as an excuse to get 2 more gigs.

CPU: AMD Opteron 165

Motherboard: DFI Lanparty nF4 Ultra-D

Memory: G.Skill 2 x 1GB DDR500 - $185.

Videocard: EVGA GeForce 7900GT


What RAM would you recommend?
