i woudlent be so sure. I have a different DFI motherboard (lanparty utd) and i have a gig stick in, and i had heard DFI was picky, but i went ahead with the board. My computer wont boot if i have different memory, normally. Somehow i got it to work by trying every singly slot with a 512, but not with the 1gig. It is VERY picky on what ram it likes and what it doesent, so see if you can get someone to let you test a stick before you buy it incase yours is the same way

If you're planning to get some PC3200, try looking at these. G.Skill 2x1GB

I was going to suggest Crucial, but looking at G.Skill's PC3200, they're much cheaper then Crucial's PC3200.

i would highly recommend getting the same ram modules u have right now.
