ADA3700CFBOX or ADA3700BNBOX

Anyone tell me what the major difference is in these? I was reading up on them and they have different steppings one is e4 and other is E6, can anyone tell me what the major difference is in these steppings and what the major difference is these processors. newegg has them for .99 cent difference now. As far as i can see the CF has the newer stepping, why not go with that? but why is the cf cheaper if its newer? Please Help!

the answer is simple

First one is regulated to work at 1.35vcore, im guessing it can still be adjusted but perhaps more restricted than the second version, which is programmed to work on default with 1.4vcore [which is better for overclocking]

p.s there also might be absolutly no diffrence except maybe the box will be less appealing on the 209.00$ version... its a possiblity.
