Get the Sapphire, they are just as good as ATI brands. Plus it doesn't come with the extra software and Sapphire select (two free games you get to pick).

This shows you just how similar the XT and the XTX are. Personally I would just go with the XT for 10 dollars less and not having to screw and wait around for the rebate.

If you really want better cooling, just get a VF-700 and slap it on the x1900xt with some AS5. Then do some OCing.

You save money and get better cooling.

Edit: I guess you already decided on the XTX. Have fun with it
