Any changes/suggestions?
(Not really going for a DFI Lanparty because the heatsink won't fit over the NB)

And is this all I need/compatible(I'm sure it is but I need someone to hold my hand).

yeah that looks solid. you should get a razer mouse, or a g5/g7 mouse. and for a keyboard a saitek eclipse II

I'm on a budget, just making sure this is everything...don't have money to afford a mouse or a keyboard that is the ultimate gaming thing. I'll order a better one later.

The priced dropped on it... its a higher end version of the P5E, probably has better oc'ing features

Consider dropping the 24'' Monitor, because gaming at 1920x1200 is a pain depending what games you play, and you shouldn't be dropping Resolutions and stuff when playing new games when you have such a nice GPU like the HD 4850
