Default About to buy my computer, need some last minute advice

Hey there, I'm about to buy my PC and would appreciate some guidance. I'm pretty much stuck on the GPU unless there's one that has the same or better quality at a cheaper price.
The mother board however if any one has any recommendations that would be very helpful. I'm not too sure if I want to go with this one any more it was on sale but that's over, so its kind of expensive for my wallet.

MB: MSI P67A-GD65 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

GPU: MSI N570GTX Twin Frozr III PE/OC GeForce GTX 570 (Fermi) 1280MB 320-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500 Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 2000 BX80623I52500

RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL

Thanks again

The MSI is good, but I have this board and there's not enough onboard USB (only one) so if you have more than 2 front USB, like I do, you will have to buy a PCI card.
- I might suggest this one... This was the other one I was thinking about (and should have got)
Newegg.com - ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

- +1 for the 2500K sandy... I have it as well

- Personally I like low profile ram. Depending on what CPU cooler you will use, the heat spreaders on the top can get in the way.
I would suggest something like this:
Newegg.com - Crucial Ballistix sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model BLS2KIT4G3D1609DS1S00

I also have the GTX 570, so a +1 to that as well...

but now since your upgrading all this, what about the power supply? After I did my upgrade to what I have in the sig, my old PSU was unstable and finally died, so I had to buy a new one...

You might want to think about maybe going to a 560 ti, which is still a great card, but adding a PSU to the bundle

Newegg.com - MSI N560GTX-Ti-M2D1GD5/OC GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

and add a PSU. Now I bought this one, only because it was modular, but you get the idea:
Newegg.com - SeaSonic M12II 750 SS-750AM 750W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Semi-modular Power Supply

Unless you're on a really tight budget, I would avoid the AsRock motherboard, and look for another board in the price range with more USB.

If he's downgrading to the 560ti, he may as well go with the 448 core, since it performs nearly as well as the 570, but is still cheaper. Here's another option for the PSU, that'll save him $10 since the 650w will be sufficient:

Newegg.com - CORSAIR Professional Series HX650 (CMPSU-650HX) 650W ATX12V v2.2 / EPS12V 2.91 SLI Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

Thats is a pretty good build.

I would suggest the mobo that Nukem, suggest.

I also vouch for the gpu as I own the exact same one that you list, if you are going to be playing at 1920x1080....this will do you well with great frames and AA applied along with all of the other DX 11 goodies.

The GTX 560 Ti 448 core is also a nice card and would save you $30 or so
