Im getting a new comp and i dont know which 2 to upgrade to this

okay, for one, DEFENITELY go with the 7800GTX,
secondly, I'd say go with the 2048MB DDR400 ram, because the processor, while better, will not make that much of a difference.

Get the X2 4200+ actually you could save money and go with the X2 3800+ and go with the 7800GT !! because the GTX isnt worth the extra 100 bucks and doesnt really offer a big impovement, 2GB's is good for a new machine
