9600 gt x2 sli or 88ogt or gts

or 1 8800gt or 88oogts gtx??

2 9600gt's perform the best out of those, but its unnecessary unless you have a high resolution monitor

if you don't have a 1920x1200 Resolution monitor or higher get 1 8800gt

was planning on getting a 22in or bigger flat panel for the new rig does that apply?

is that 22'' a Widescreen Monitor or a Full-Screen Monitor

If its Widescreen (rectangular Monitor), its 1680x1050, you don't need it, unless theres a rare chance its one of those that run at 1920x1200 in which case you would need it

ok one more question would one 9600 gt be good enough to play games like nwn2 or oblivion on high settings?

my main concern is nwn2 wich seems to be a comp hog game. was trying to decide between 1 8800 gt 512 or 9600 gt 1 gig

dont get 1GB GPU. get an 9600GT or 8800GT 512MB and ull be fine.

If your going to spend that much on a 1 gb 9600gt I would suggest getting the MSI 8800 GTS
