Default 95W in 95W Mobo

I'm currently running this processor: Buy the AMD Athlon II X3 450 Triple Core Processor at TigerDirect.ca

in my motherboard: ASRock > N68C-GS FX And I'm using a 550W PSU. Should I change the cpu? Is it dangerous to run the it? It seems to be fine now. In HWmonitor it says the cpu max wattage is 93W. I was thinking on changing to this cpu: Buy the AMD Athlon II X2 270 / 3.4 GHz processor at TigerDirect.ca

How I be sure? Just go by what it says the mono supports?

If it says it supports 95w processors then it supports 95w processors. They aren't lying about it.
