well thanks to newegg for their insanly fast shipping my card is here today along with 2 more gigs of corsair ram!!! the psu is more than adequate thanks to all for the advice problem is vista only recognizes 3.5 of my 4 gigs of ram...odd but not a huge deal. Any thoughts? I think ill make a new post about that.
