yeah, I think the 8800's are coming down in price, because R600 is going to come out soon.

XFX has made good geforce7 cards. They are notorious with the 6 series but I think XFX has come a long way since then. With that said, get EVGA, they're better if not around the same. Haven't used XFX but I run an EVGA card and it runs flawlessly.

Both Evga and XFX are great companies. I have owned a evga 7900 gs and a xfx 7950 gt and they are great cards! Just go with the companie with the lowest price. Either way you wont be disappointed.
