Default 8800GTS 320mb

Will I be able to power this video card with an antec true power 2.0 430 watt and all other components?

Cpu: E6600
Mobo: Asus p5n premium sli/wifi
Hdd: 3 seagates 7200.10
Cd/Dvd: 2 ide 1 sata
Ram: 2gb corsair
Videocard: BFG 8800GTS 320mb
Fans: 3 varying sizes

Yea shouldn't have a problem as long as its efficiency is good and theres good amps on the rails.
