which would yeild higher fps in 1600x1200 and higher resolution?

well from what I have been told is that sli isn't really needed till at least 1920x1200 resolution so in that case I would go with the 8800gts 512 mb (g92) single card,but if you are **** bent on going sli I've heard the 9600gt's in sli scale upwards to about 90% and get awesome gains in sli. cant say this first hand but everyone seems to agree

only if you are only using 1600x1200 resolution though

8800gts g92 is the best performing out of those in SLI

but you really don't need it unless you're trying Crysis on Very High Hack for XP or unless your at 1920x1200+ or love AA/AF with a passion

it depends on ur budget i would pick the 9600 GT SLI

You guys are right though, in terms of saving some cash you can just go 9600gt's SLI because the FPS difference would be pretty minuscules unless its Crysis
