I love how fry's is out of hte loop with pricing kind of. 229 for a 8800GT while everyone else formed a cartel and is charging 260+

They already pulled the listing. Apparently the got a TON of orders, and almost as many whiners calling and emailing today to find out the status.

they'd move if they were 60 dollars more. newegg sold EVERY one of theirs.
they evga ssc was like 310.00
nooooooo refunds lol. i think they are giving it the non-standard refund because:
a) the new 8800 GTS+ are going to mop the floor and they dont want to deal with RMA
b) the cards really suck lol
c) the price is going to drop exponentially and they dont want to deal with RMA
seriously...has anyone ever bought a card you couldn't RMA to the egg? i havent.
wait, i have...heh.

Well as far as fry's goes, they pulled the page anyway so if you didnt get in while it was up yer SOL. Now if they would just hurry up and finish processing my order. Im gonna be crazy po'd if they cancel my order.

dang, well thats alright, i guess i'll just have to wait for a while then. probably just wait till i rebuild when the new intels and AMD's are released.
