yes, american.

card is right price but i need pci express x16. i cant seem to find any w/ PCI express x16.

well i found this one, will have to get $30 more bucks but not a big deal...

the Powercolor is overclocked a bit so its a bit faster, but you can always do that yourself with ATiT ool
