8600 gt 256mb okay for this monitor?

Should I buy an 8800GT or GTS? Huge difference?

If you overclock the GT, it will be on par with a stock GTS.

The GT is great up to resolutions of 1680x1050, past that the GTS tends to be better. I run a 24" so i upgraded from the GT to the GTS, also i'm a benchmark whore so i wanted better scores
