I beg to differ. The cost difference from the GTX to the GTS is about 25%, and so is the performance difference, from what I gather. Is it worth *getting* the gtx over the gts? No, not really.
I'd rather get a GTS now since this is the first installment of dx10 cards and upgrade to something better later on when there are less possible kinks in the hardware (though seems like its pretty dang solid!).

The 8800 GTX has more pixel pipelines and 128 Mb more memory than the 8800GTS but the 7950 GX2 is still a mad friggin card.

I found an article comparing all video cards
(X1900X)or watever that radeon one is
(7950 gx2)
(8800 gts)
(8800 gtx)


and the 7950 beats the 8800 gts in quite a few things...which is confusing...(read all the game benchmarks as well as the 3d mark ones)
