The difference is that the one that is 274.99 is clocked slightly higher then the 264.99.

Well i mean BESIDES the speed difference...the cheaper one is newer obviously. but then why the slower "KO" speeds?

Like what spartan said.....overclock it yourself and save $10. But then again after rebates both come out to the same prices. Also the cheaper one comes with a free game.

uhhh the first one, because its the newer reload version of the card. Note the N584 in the part number.

Ohh and you two talking about 580/1580, thats the 7900GT KO SC http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130016 which to date has no replacement.
