7900 Gtx

Just wondering about the 7900GTX.

Any1 recommend them? Ive heard very bad reviews, and very good reviews.

The 7900GTX is one of the best cards you can get your hands on...but like most good things it comes at a price.

not the best bang for the buck card, but hey if you have money why not go for the GOOD. i said good be cause it's not the best you can get your hands on.

It's generally known as the best card out (well besides the 7950gx2). But it's not worth it as you can save a lot and get almost as good of performance. The x1900xt is almost as good and a way better value. The x1900xt and xtx will be good for upcoming shader intensive games.

What are the 'best' / favoured ATI manufacturers? Perhaps the top5 from 1st - 5th?

For example, nvidia - 1- eVGA
2- Leadtek
3 -etc.
