Default 7800GT: Which one?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130247

or

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130256

The top one is cheaper, with the rebate. What's the difference between the two? The top one also has the word "Desktop" in the product description and the bottom one doesn't.
