7800 GT

can someone explain to me the difference between these 2 and if the CO is worth the extra 20 bucks

I believe the co has a better heatsink for overclocking, otherwise I have no clue.

The CO has a copper heatsink so it could get a little bit better overclocks on stock cooling.

Edit: You could also save some money by buying it from Newegg. Same cards, cheaper prices.

You can never go wrong with newegg.com becasue its 284 in stead of the 350 on the other site.
