Default 7600gt of different brand

to begin,i want to change my video card.see this topic for details:
topic
i see a lot of different brand like evga,asus,xfx.
is there any noticable difference between each?
also,wich card would you suggest.the 7600gt or the radeon X1950 pro???

ya 1950 pro compares to a 7900gt. definatley 1950 pro.

cus i can have a 1950 pro in special for almost the same price of a 7600gt.thanks for the advice.

For ATI, I usually see the top brand as Sapphire.
