Is 750 watt PSU overkill?

Here is the setup im going go get:
GPU:GeForce GTX 560 Ti
CPU:i5 2500K @ 4.0GHz
MoBo:ASRock Z86 Extrem3 Gen3
RAM:G.SKILL RipJaws X Series 8GB
Not sure about cooling
Case:Cooler Master HAF


I was look at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139021]this[/url] 750watt PSU but im not sure if i really need it. Would 650 be more appropriate? If so which 650 watt PSU would you reccomend?

It isnt overkill, a 650 is enough too, but at 105.00 Its hard to not say giver.

Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, Silverstone, they all are great.

If youre on a budget Antecs are very affordable.

Your computer will only draw what it needs, so nothing wrong with it being a little beefy.
Leaves you with plenty of headroom for upgrades and is only $10 more than the TX650 V2.
