Its a good PC, but not that great of a deal.. build that yourself and you can have a bit better prices (if you use Newegg though)

Yeah usually if somebody puts the parts together for you it won't be the best deal since they put labor and have to make some money here and there

Do it yourself, probably even getting the exact same parts as that computer and putting it together yourself will be cheaper

but the thing is parts like 9800gt are kinda not worth it, might as well get a 4830 which kills that card. 700 isnt much to spend, but if you want to spend even less tell us the budget and we will see what we can do.

The CCTF already comes with tx-2. Drop the extra tx-2 and then get some ram with not so terrible timings.

Newegg.com - Patriot Extreme Performance 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

this one is even cheaper if you do the MIR

did we forget we're talking about crysis... i would suggest a 9800gtx+ if he wants to play crysis

or even go e7200 and gtx 260 (msi is only 230 now or something of the sort)

Ya but when the HD 4850 starts to beat 9800GTX+ when its a game that was optimized for nVidia you know something is wrong! (I mean when you turn AA and AF on with hardly none to no FPS Drop)
